DR. RONALD MARQUARDT
Dr. Ron founded MVP Seminars in 1978 by in response to the growing need for quality business trainers, keynote speakers, and small business consultants. After arming himself with a Doctorate from UC Berkeley in Ed. Psych., he sat down with a cold beer, pencil & piece of paper, & proceeded to sketch out his dream of building a first class training company, catering to corporate USA. This was not an easy task, especially going head to head with, Speakers Bureaus. & meeting planners. Fortunately, the Internet leveled the playing field, & the business really thrived.

JILL SCALA
Since 2002, Ms. Scala has specialized in corporate training course development with her start in Sexual Harassment Prevention, Diversity Training and a broad list of communication courses for Select Staffing and their clients nationwide. Ms. Scala is experienced in developing full life cycle “Corporate Universities” / Corporate Training Programs from initiation through implementation and measurement (ROI).
Ms. Scala has worked effortlessly to help companies realize increasing levels of productivity and profit by fostering effective methods of communication, including Coaching, Performance Counseling, and Conflict Resolution.
